Campaign Assets Explained

Campaign assets are digital advertising content that is part of a larger ad campaign. On Sevio AdManager, this could include static images (such as .jpg or .png) or HTML/JavaScript creatives.

Campaign assets are stored and managed on the platform. Once you assign them to an ad item and launch a campaign, they are served to users' devices.

How to Create Campaign Assets

Click Advertisers > Select an Advertiser > Assets to create new campaign assets

Then you can create a new asset in just 2 steps:

  1. Click on the “Add Asset” button in the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. Set the name of your asset, the landing page, and choose the asset type (banner or native).

Note: In addition to "banner" and "native," you can also select "external code" as the ad type. This type of asset embeds third-party ad scripts that are directly rendered on the page. 

Also, if the user selects "external code" as the ad type, "Google AdSense" will be available as a creative type when adding a creative.

The new asset will be added to your Sevio AdManager Assets tab upon completion. Now, you can add creatives to your asset or assign it to ad items.

How to Assign Assets to Ad Items

After you have added an asset, created a campaign, and added an ad item, you can assign your asset to a specific ad item. 

To do that, you must:

  1. Go to Advertisers > Select an Advertiser > Assets
  2. Press the Assign to Ad Items button located to the right of the asset you want to assign.
  3. Select the Campaigns.
  4. Pick the Ad Items.
  5. Press the Save button.
