How to Correctly Complete Your Billing Details

Correctly entering your billing details is essential to ensure your invoices and documents are issued correctly.

So let's walk through all the details you have to complete.

Step 1. Open the Billing Details Section

Log in to your Sevio account, then navigate to Billing Details in the left-hand menu. Next, select the Billing Profile tab at the top of the page.

Step 2. Enter the Required Information

First, choose the appropriate account type (Corporate or Individual) and complete the required information.

For corporate selection, the billing details page has three sections that must be completed, both related to your company. 

The first section is for the company representative  the person who manages the Sevio account on behalf of the company and is authorized to handle billing and financial matters.

The second section is for the company itself, where you must enter the official business details as they appear in the company's registration documents.

The third selection is about the company’s tax details.

Company Representative Details:

  • First & Last Name: Enter the representative's full legal name, exactly as shown on official documents.
  • Billing Email Address: Provide an active email address for verification and billing communications. This can be the same email used to create the account.
  • Country: Select the representative's country of residence from the dropdown list.
  • Address: Enter the representative's full home address, including street name, number, city, and postal code.

Company Details:

  • Company Name: Enter the full legal name of the business, as it appears on the registration documents.
  • Registration Number: Provide the official company registration number assigned by the relevant authorities.
  • Incorporation Country: Select the country where the company is legally registered.
  • Incorporation Address: Enter the company's official registered address.
  • Operating Address (if different): If the company operates from a location other than its registered address, check the box and enter the alternative address.

Tax Details: 

  • VAT Number (if applicable): If the company has a VAT number, enter it to qualify for tax exemptions (this applies to EU businesses).

Identification Details for Individual Accounts

  • First & Last Name: Enter your full legal name, exactly as it appears on your official identification documents.
  • Billing Email Address: Provide an active email address that will be used for verification and billing communications. You can use the same email address associated with your Sevio account.
  • Country: Select your country of residence from the dropdown list.
  • Address: Enter your full residential address, including street name, number, city, and postal code.

Once everything is filled out, click Save. Double-check all information before submitting to prevent errors or delays.

Step 3. Complete Your KYC Verification 

After filling in all required fields and clicking Save, the KYC Verification step will become available on the Billing Profile page. To proceed, make sure your billing details are correct, then click the Start KYC Verification button to begin the verification process.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to confirm your identity and comply with security regulations. The verification process is handled by iDenfy.com, Sevio's verification provider. Before you begin, ensure all billing details are accurate, as any errors may cause delays or require resubmission.

KYC Document Requirements

Depending on your jurisdiction and company details, you may need to submit specific documents. The platform will automatically display the required documents based on your location.

For example, a Certificate of Incumbency is required in certain jurisdictions (e.g., Curaçao, Saint Lucia, and the BVI). This document must be issued within the last year and certified by a notary or solicitor.

Additional documents may also be required depending on your company's status and jurisdiction. Sevio reserves the right to request further information if necessary.

Verification Process

Uploading and submitting your documents takes about 2-3 minutes. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days, but urgent requests can be prioritized (contact Sales if you need expedited verification).

If your verification fails, you will be notified by email or our team. You may need to resubmit documents or provide additional details. 

If you're unable to complete the KYC process within 30 minutes, the platform won't allow you to restart it. To resolve this, please contact our team to request another attempt.
